Design Concept: "Discipline & Power" – Modern Turkish Taekwondo Dojang

Theme: Clean, energetic, professional, and motivational. Blend modern minimalist aesthetics with traditional Taekwondo elements, incorporating Turkish/Kütahya cultural touches (e.g., subtle motifs inspired by local tiles or the Turkish flag colors).

Key Design Goals:

• Maximize training space and safety.

• Improve acoustics and lighting.

• Create an inspiring atmosphere for athletes of all ages.

• Brand visibility for "Kütahya Taekwondo Club".

Major Transformations

1. Flooring:

   • Replace the current tiles with high-quality interlocking foam/puzzle Taekwondo mats in blue + red (official WT colors) with a central yellow/gold circle or club emblem. Edge zones in darker gray for durability.

2. Walls:

   • Main long wall (with windows): Install full-height impact-resistant mirrors from waist height up for form correction. Upper section painted matte dark charcoal gray with motivational quotes in Turkish/English and club logo.

   • Opposite wall: Feature wall with large Kütahya Taekwondo Club branding, Turkish flag, World Taekwondo Federation emblem, and athlete achievement display (photos/trophies).

   • Lower walls: Durable wainscoting or padded panels in white/cream for protection and brightness.

   • Accent: Subtle geometric patterns inspired by Kütahya ceramics.

3. Ceiling & Lighting:

   • Bright LED panel lights + track spotlights for even illumination (important for fast movements).

   • Exposed or semi-industrial beams painted white/gray for height perception.

4. Equipment & Layout:

   • Training area: Open central space for forms, sparring, and breaking.

   • Perimeter: Wall-mounted kicking pads, heavy bags (hung from reinforced ceiling), focus mitt storage.

   • Corner zones: Small stretching/mobility area, speed bags, and a small viewing/parent seating bench.

   • Remove the single chair; add professional storage cabinets.

5. Windows & Finishing:

   • Keep natural light but add frosted/privacy film or curtains for focus during training.

   • Fresh paint, new baseboards, and ventilation improvements.

6. Branding Elements:

   • Large vinyl wall decal or painted logo: “KÜTAHYA TAEKWONDO CLUB” with Dobok-clad silhouette kicking.

   • Flags, banners, and ranking belt display.
